OutDoor Storage
The outdoor facilities consist of a large gravel and concrete lot. Our outdoor lot is secured by locked gates and security cameras. Items stored outside must be fully operable, mobile, registered and plated.
Customers of our outdoor facility will have come and go privileges during daylight hours via their unique access code.
During the winter months we do not clear the entire lot, only a path to drive through. Snow helps as an extra natural security for your items. If you require access to your items during snowy times, just let us know and we will clear the way for you.
Pricing:
All outdoor spots are set at a flat rate of $80 + HST per month
We can accommodate a maximum length of 40’ and maximum width of 9’.
Oversized items can be accommodated and will be priced individually.
household Storage
The household storage facility is a fully insulated, non-heated building designed exclusively for the storage of household contents. The building consists of units constructed of wood and drywall with raised wood floors. They range in sizes from 7' X 20' and 8' X 14' units 8' high on the ground floor and 8' X 12' and 4' X 12' units 4' TO 8' high on the upper floor (sloped roof and trusses). There is a lift available for the upper units. All units are dry and ventilated.
No dangerous goods are permitted e.g. gas oil, propane, etc. Only the authorized persons stated on the contract will have access to your unit.
Please note that this is not a 24 hour operation and people cannot come and go unannounced. Access to these units is permitted by appointment or by chance during our business hours (see bottom of page).
